Ark healthcare & Rehabilitation at St. Camillus Center is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee census, billing, RFMS trust, and ensure regulatory compliance in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role requires 1–2 years in LTC billing and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.

You will manage private coinsurance receivables, Medicaid pending submissions, and end-of-month reconciliations, while supporting the Controller and maintaining accurate cash and accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience REQUIRED.
• 1–2 years of billing and collections in Long Term Care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, RFMS and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily census, billing and RFMS trust; ensure regulatory compliance and maximize collection of applied income and private coinsurance receivables.
• Assist with Medicaid pending applications, submission, tracking and resolution; ensure accurate billing and cash collection activity and compliance with residence funds.
• Perform end-of-month reconciliation of census/revenue, accounts receivable and cash/bank; assist Controller with tasks as needed.
