Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students. The role includes classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical experiences as needed, with emphasis on student achievement and professional development.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical teaching or precepting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to nursing students.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence through established methods.
• Prepare progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records and schedule.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners; participate in meetings.
