Jersey College is seeking a Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students across classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher and an active RN license in the state of practice with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including clinical teaching. The role emphasizes student achievement, professional development, and collaboration with campus partners.

Qualificações

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state required.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught.
• Experience teaching preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students as assigned.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment and evaluate student performance and competency.
• Prepare accurate progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, clinical partners, and campus staff.
