Qualifications
- BSN in Nursing required. MSN in progress strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred; professional certification encouraged.
- MSN completion in process noted as advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate educational programs for the nursing division.
- Design onboarding and orientation materials for new staff.
- Develop competency frameworks and education plans for continuous improvement.
- Incorporate evidence-based practice and research into education activities.
- Mentor staff and support professional development across SSHS.
