The incumbent will influence practice excellence and support onboarding for new colleagues. The role collaborates with nursing leadership to design programs, evaluate outcomes and promote evidence-based care while aligning regional NPD standards with system-wide goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a preceptor or in nursing education is desirable.
• Demonstrates ability to develop and evaluate educational programs.
