Qualifications

• RN with active license
• BSN required
• NPD/Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: bridge knowledge gaps identified through learning needs assessment and outcomes evaluation.
• Collaborative Partner: assess learning needs, develop programs, monitor clinical competency and support action plans; represent nursing in inter-professional learning.
• Role Development: promote professional nursing practice and quality patient care per ANA standards; advance theory-to-practice.
• Mentor: advance NPD profession and support ongoing professional learning.
• Competency Management: use tools to capture knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Orientation: develop and evaluate onboarding programs during role changes.
• Change Agent: apply change management to drive outcomes at micro/meso/macro levels.
• Champion of Scientific Inquiry: promote inquiry and use evidence to advance NPD practice.
• Perform other related duties as required
