Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to shape clinical education across Hartford HealthCare's Greater Manchester Region.

The RN will lead educational programs, assess competency, and collaborate with nursing leadership to improve patient care standards. Ideal candidates hold a BSN, have at least 3 years of bedside experience, and possess or rapidly attain NPD or a clinical specialty certification within two years.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensure in CT prior to hire date.
• Minimum 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in acute care or specialty areas for ambulatory/ancillary settings.
• Experience as a preceptor.
• NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire.
