Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator. The Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner is a Registered Nurse with NPD expertise who influences learner growth within Hartford HealthCare’s nursing leadership framework.

The role supports competency management, clinical education, practice development, policy standardization and onboarding for Hartford HealthCare colleagues across the Greater Manchester Region.

Qualifications

• Education at least a BSN.
• Experience in clinical nursing is required.
• NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator uses educational design and adult learning to bridge gaps.
• Collaborative Partner with nursing leadership to assess needs and develop programs.
• Role Development promotes professional nursing practice per ANA standards.
