The NPD practitioner partners with nursing leadership to promote evidence-based practice, high reliability, and professional growth, aligning with ANA standards and system-wide goals for patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN required and CT RN license before hire date.
• NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire/transfer.
• Minimum 3 years of active clinical nursing experience; acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
