Jersey College seeks an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical instruction for LPN/PN and RN students. You will evaluate student performance, guide professional development, and ensure safe nursing practice across settings.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, maintains an active RN license, and brings strong communication and instructional skills to foster student success in a supportive learning environment.

Formación

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state required.
• Clinical experience related to nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught.
• Experience with nursing education and ability to teach LPN/PN and RN students preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and promote safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competency.
• Prepare timely student progress and grade reports.
• Maintain attendance records and provide feedback to promote learning.
