Competenze
- Master's degree in nursing is required or higher.
- Candidates must be enrolled in a Master's program and complete the degree by 6/1/2027.
- Experience in nursing staff development and/or specialty area preferred.
- Licensure as an RN in CT/RI and board certification within 2 years of hire.

- Educate staff and assess learning needs based on regulatory requirements, evidence-based practice, and identified needs.
- Support development of nursing leadership skills among staff to promote professional practice and quality patient care.
- Represent nursing in interprofessional learning activities.
