Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist (NPDS) to drive education and professional development for nursing staff across the health system.

The NPDS will assess learning needs, create and evaluate educational programs, and foster nursing leadership across units. This role requires a master’s degree in nursing, CT/RI RN licensure (with board certification within 2 years), and 3–5 years of nursing experience with teaching experience preferred.

Competenze

• Master's degree in nursing required; at least one degree must be in nursing.
• Enrollment in a Master's program with completion by 6/1/2027.
• Licensure as RN in CT/RI with Board Certification within 2 years of hire.
