Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required; one degree must be in nursing (BSN/MSN).
• Candidates must be enrolled in a Master's program and complete the degree by 6/1/2027.

Responsibilities

• Education: assess learning needs based on requirements and staff needs.
• Role Development: support nursing leadership skills per ANA Standards of Practice.
• Collaborative Partnerships: represent nursing in interprofessional learning activities.
• Champion of Scientific Inquiry: develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Orientation: design, implement, and evaluate competency-based orientation.
• Competency Management: develop initial and ongoing nursing competencies with education teams.
