Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitates learning for caregivers and preceptors using standardized orientation tools.
Collaborates to identify goals and learning needs for care areas and implements evidence-based practices.
Coaches and mentors clinicians and caregivers to support ongoing personal and professional development.
Leads interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing practice within the care site.
Fosters inquiry to create new knowledge and improve patient care.
