Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guides orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
• Change Agent: collaborates to identify learning needs and promote evidence-based practices.
• Mentor: provides coaching to preceptors and caregivers.
• Leader: fosters interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing.
• Champion for Inquiry: promotes new knowledge and evidence to advance NPD practice.
• Advocate for NPD Specialty: supports professional development and integration of NPD principles.
• Partner for Practice Transition: ensures smooth adoption of new practices and changes.
