Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guides orientation, supports ongoing learning, and uses standardized tools.
• Change Agent: collaborates to identify learning needs and ensures adoption of evidence-based practices.
• Mentor: provides coaching to preceptors and caregivers for growth and job enrichment.
• Leader: facilitates interprofessional learning and advancements in nursing and healthcare.
