Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Change Agent: collaborates to understand learning needs and implements evidence‑based practices.
Mentor: coaches and mentors preceptors and caregivers for growth and development.

Partner for Practice Transition: supports smooth adoption of new practices and orientation.
