Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: Serve as resource, consultant, and mentor to caregivers and preceptors, promoting self-reliance and teamwork.
• Change Agent: Collaborate to identify learning needs and promote evidence-based practices within care areas.
• Mentor: Provide coaching to preceptors and caregivers for professional growth.
• Leader: Facilitate interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing and healthcare.
• Champion for Inquiry: Foster creation of new knowledge and use evidence to advance NPD practice.
• Advocate for NPD Specialty: Promote value of NPD practices and professional development.
• Partner for Practice Transition: Support smooth transitions for new and existing caregivers.
