Galen College of Nursing is seeking a master’s-prepared nurse to join as a Content Enrichment Specialist, Nursing. You will help students overcome academic challenges, strengthen understanding of core nursing concepts, and prepare for exams across specialties.

This is a primarily remote, work-from-home role with occasional on-site campus needs for student support, activities, and meetings. You will collaborate with faculty to identify learning gaps and develop targeted interventions to improve

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Professional nursing background with clinical knowledge across specialties.
• Experience teaching nursing students or delivering nursing education.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized and small-group academic enrichment to nursing students.
• Help students connect nursing theory to clinical reasoning and application-based learning.
• Coach students on study strategies, time management and NCLEX-style test-taking.
• Identify learning gaps and develop targeted academic support strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty to identify students at risk and implement enrichment resources.
• Monitor and document student interactions and enrichment activities in the SIS.
