Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a master’s-prepared nurse to serve as a Content Enrichment Specialist, Nursing. You will help nursing students overcome academic challenges, connect theory to clinical reasoning, and prepare for exams while collaborating with faculty to improve student success and retention.

This largely remote role requires occasional on-site participation at one of Galen’s campuses to support students and campus activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with clinical background across multiple nursing specialties.
• Previous nursing education experience and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group academic enrichment to nursing students.
• Help students strengthen understanding of nursing concepts and clinical reasoning.
• Coach students on study strategies and NCLEX-style test-taking skills.
• Collaborate with faculty to identify at-risk students and develop interventions.
