Galen College of Nursing seeks a master's-prepared nurse to join as a Content Enrichment Specialist, Nursing. You will enrich nursing students' understanding, identify learning gaps, and collaborate with faculty to tailor interventions that boost exam readiness and retention.

You'll provide individual and small-group coaching across key nursing specialties, helping students connect theory to clinical reasoning in a primarily remote role with on-site campus support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Professional nursing background across multiple specialties.
• Experience teaching nursing students or delivering nursing education.
• Ability to explain complex nursing concepts clearly to diverse learners.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized and small-group academic enrichment to nursing students.
• Help students strengthen understanding across nursing specialties.
• Coach students on study strategies, time management, and clinical judgment.
