The role emphasizes collaboration, data‑driven interventions, and coaching to enhance study skills and exam readiness, with some travel to West Region campuses as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field required.
• Previous teaching experience required.
• Ability to assist students with Anatomy & Physiology, Nursing, and basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct academic support for at-risk students.
• Develop interventions to improve student success based on assessments.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to promote student resources.
• Analyze retention data and recommend strategies.
• Maintain SIS documentation of student interactions.
• Coordinate enrichment activities and NCLEX-style test-taking skills.
• Travel to campus locations as needed.
