Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Professional background in nursing with the clinical knowledge to support students.
• Teaching experience educating nursing students or delivering nursing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group academic enrichment to nursing students.
• Strengthen understanding of nursing content across specialties.
• Support students in connecting theory to clinical reasoning and NCLEX-style thinking.
• Coach students on study strategies, time management, and examination preparation.
• Identify learning challenges and develop targeted academic support strategies.
