Galen College of Nursing invites an experienced MSN-prepared nurse to join as Content Enrichment Specialist, Nursing. You will enrich nursing students’ learning, target gaps, and collaborate with faculty to boost success and retention.

This remote-friendly role requires occasional on-site campus presence to support student needs and campus activities nationwide, including Wichita, KS. Eligible candidates reside near Galen campuses.

Qualifications

• MSN or equivalent with nursing education background.
• Professional nursing practice and clinical knowledge across specialties.
• Teaching experience with nursing students.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of foundational nursing sciences and clinical reasoning.
• Ability to support exam preparation and NCLEX-style learning.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized and small-group academic enrichment.
• Help students connect theory to clinical reasoning.
• Coach on study strategies and time management for nursing exams.
• Monitor student performance and intervene as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty and campus leadership to identify at-risk students.
• Document student interactions and enrichment activities in the SIS.
