Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license in the practice state.
• Minimum 6 years of home health/infusion care experience.
• At least 3 years in nursing leadership within home care.
• Knowledge of regulatory and OSHA rules and home infusion billing.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of the nursing department for assigned locations and ensures patient care needs are met.
• Partners with leadership to implement centralized scheduling and manage departmental budgets.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and standards of practice.
• Supervises nursing staff, handles HR issues, and coordinates with pharmacy and other departments.
