Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician plans. You will ensure patient safety with structured supervision and uphold compliance.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and up to 100% travel. BSN preferred with infusion nursing experience. You will train staff and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred; 1–2 years infusion nursing preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Experience with infusion nursing equipment and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements infusion plans of care.
• Provides direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Administers medications and manages line care.
• Collaborates with clinical team for continuity of care.
• Documents visits in real time for billing and care coordination.
• Oversees discharge planning and summaries where applicable.
