You will partner with operations leadership, ensure compliance, coordinate with pharmacy and delivery, and mentor nursing staff. A current RN license and 6+ years in home health/infusion with 3+ years in leadership are required. Willingness to travel 25% is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in current state
• 6+ years in home health/infusion
• 3+ years in nursing leadership within home care
• Knowledgeable about regulations and OSHA requirements
• Experience training and developing clinical services processes

Responsibilities

• Directs nursing department activities for assigned locations
• Oversees schedules and nursing staff to meet patient needs
• Implements centralized scheduling model with area leadership
• Ensures compliance with standards, regulations, and policies
• Leads recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Partners with nursing leadership to maintain professional standards
• Supports supply formulary compliance and resource management
• Assists with budgets and operating expenditure approvals
• Coordinates patient services with pharmacy and delivery teams
• Maintains patient information processes to assess home care suitability
• Provides education to physicians, nurses, and other staff
• Manages on-call processes for the nursing department
• Fosters clinical networking and serves as a clinical resource
