Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. You will ensure patient safety under a physician’s plan and operate under supervision as needed.

You must hold an active RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and maintain CPR certification. Expect travel up to 100% to deliver infusion therapies across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Re-evaluates patient needs and responds to changes in condition.
• Communicates clearly with clinical team, patients, and caregivers.
• Prepares accurate clinical documentation in real time for billing and care coordination.
• Travel to patient homes for infusion therapy and care delivery.
