The successful candidate will hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and possess strong patient management, documentation, and billing knowledge for home health services. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• RN license required in current practice state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with home health regulatory rules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Competent in clinical management of home infusion patients and Nursing Process.
• Know billing/docs requirements for home health/infusion care.
• Determine patient suitability for home care.
• Supervise and evaluate quality of patient care; conduct in-home evaluations.
• Review and modify Nursing Care Plans as needed.
• Act as Administrator/Director of Nursing in absences.
• Manage daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report nursing data to Regional Nurse Manager and Director of Operations.
• Develop continuing education and staff orientation programs.
• Recruit and mentor staff; participate in on-call duties.
• Participate in infection control and process improvement teams.
• Communicate service scope to sales and support teams.
