Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing faculty and curriculum.
- Implement curriculum and program outcomes.
- Lead change management in nursing education.
- Staff and onboard nursing faculty.
- Manage fiscal and academic administration as Program Administrator/Director.
- Supervise clinical, instructional activities and exams.
- Coordinate faculty workload and schedules.
- Plan faculty development and training.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and report progress.
- Address student progress and issues.
