Jersey College in Ewing, NJ is seeking a Program Chair for Nursing to oversee the nursing curriculum, align outcomes with NCLEX, and supervise theory and clinical faculty to ensure instructional quality and ongoing faculty development.

Under the direction of the Dean of Nursing, you will lead curriculum design, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, manage program operations, and collaborate with accreditation bodies and healthcare partners to advance nursing education and student

Competenze

MSN is required.
Current RN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of two years in nursing education, faculty development, or related leadership role.

Provide direction, mentorship, and supervision to didactic and clinical faculty, including registered nurses and general education instructors.
Oversee faculty workload assignments and coordinate schedules in collaboration with the Dean of Nursing.
Monitor and support faculty performance to ensure high-quality education and student success.
Lead faculty development initiatives, including training, evaluation, and mentorship programs.
Ensure the effective execution of Jersey College’s nursing philosophy, curriculum, and program objectives.
Oversee the design and delivery of classroom and clinical instruction, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensure standards.
Evaluate and implement instructional materials, including textbooks and supplementary resources.
Monitor exam development and assessment methods to uphold academic integrity and program effectiveness.
Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing program, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
