Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing in Southfield, MI seeks an Assistant Dean of Nursing to oversee clinical instruction, faculty development, and student services across campuses. You will collaborate with campus leadership to ensure alignment with the college’s vision and regulatory standards.

This role requires an MSN, an active RN license, and 3+ years in clinical nursing plus 3+ years teaching in a nursing program.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Three or more years’ experience as a professional RN providing direct patient care.
• Three or more years’ experience teaching full‑time in a registered nursing program.
• Current unencumbered state RN license in the state where students are located.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical instruction.
• Foster and maintain academic‑practice partnerships with clinical partners.
• Conduct site evaluations and feedback synthesis for curricular experiences.
• Partner with Nursing Lab Manager to plan skill and lab experiences.
• Lead workshops to develop faculty teaching skills.
• Deliver instruction and ensure alignment with College objectives.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and records.
