Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education or academic leadership.
• Strong student service and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor nursing students and support academic progression and policies.
• Lead retention initiatives and coordinate tutoring and counseling resources.
• Oversee NCLEX preparation and remediation plans for students.
• Support graduation processes and assist admissions with evaluations.
