The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration, along with substantial administrative and teaching experience. The role includes program development, oversight of faculty, and engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum two years of experience in an administrative position.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in nursing programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for BSN program.
• Collaborate on annual program budget and monitor expenditures.
• Lead development and evaluation of nursing curriculum.
