Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Assistant Dean of Nursing to lead clinical oversight, faculty support, and core student services across a campus. You will partner with campus leadership to guide decisions and ensure alignment with the college’s vision and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing clinical instruction, developing faculty teaching skills, and maintaining compliant program records.

Qualifications

• MSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Three+ years RN clinical experience.
• Three+ years teaching in a nursing program.
• Current unencumbered state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical instruction across campus.
• Foster clinical partnerships to ensure student access.
• Plan nursing lab experiences with equipment utilization.
• Manage Clinical Coordinators to achieve outcomes.
• Lead workshops to develop faculty teaching skills.
• Evaluate delivery of core nursing curriculum and provide feedback.
• Support student success and sponsor student associations.
