Arizona College of Nursing seeks an Admissions Advisor for our on-site campus in Arizona. This role supports prospective and newly admitted students, guiding them through the admissions journey and campus tours.

You will communicate with applicants, coordinate paperwork, and conduct follow‑ups to increase enrollment. The position emphasizes compliance, customer service, and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in admissions, retail, marketing or recruitment.
• Ability to plan and implement short- and long-range goals.
• Strong multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Meet state requirements to solicit/recruit students within 45 days.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with prospective students, parents and community through appointments, calls, emails and materials.
• Welcomes prospective students to campus.
• Process paperwork; interview applicants; arrange campus tours.
• Follow-up with prospective/new students via calls and letters.
• Maintain recruitment operations per policies; report changes.
• Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Interact professionally with a wide range of individuals including VIPs.
• Advise students on educational opportunities and admissions processes.
• Assist leads to complete enrollment through follow-ups and presentations.
• Provide data for reporting and institutional effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate student database and records.
