Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support our on-site campus in Virginia. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, communicating clearly, and delivering campus tours and timely follow-ups.

You will collaborate with the enrollment team, process paperwork, and provide accurate information about programs, requirements, and timelines. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and strong professional development.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• Strong professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Must be organized, professional, and warm to potential and current students.
• Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse community.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community through appointments, telephone, email, and other materials.
• Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; follow-up activities.
• Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Adheres to all compliance and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and develop professional interaction with a wide range of individuals and VIPs both internal and external.
• Advises students and families regarding educational opportunities and admissions requirements.
• Assists each lead and/or inquiry to our college in an honest, caring, and thorough manner.
• Conducts effective phone presentations and interviews with each candidate.
• Increases percentage of enrollments from leads through training, experience, and diligent follow-up.
• Works cooperatively to provide data for reporting and institutional effectiveness.
• Maintains the integrity of the student database for local, state, and federal reporting.
