Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor for our campus on-site. You will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, conduct campus tours, and coordinate communications to support enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• Strong professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Organized, professional, and personable with potential and current students.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community via appointment, phone, email.
• Welcome prospects by processing paperwork, interviewing applicants, organizing campus tours, follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop professional interactions with diverse individuals and VIPs both internal and external.
• Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities and admissions requirements.
• Assist leads and inquiries with honest, caring, and thorough service.
• Conduct effective phone presentations and candidate interviews.
• Improve enrollment starts through diligent follow-up and communications.
• Provide data for reporting and institutional research.
• Maintain integrity of student database and records for compliance.
