Omega Senior Living in Seward, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care and services according to care plans and supervision. The role involves completing shift reports, assisting with resident care, meals, housekeeping, and accurate documentation.

Candidates must hold a state CNA certification and a high school diploma, with a preference for prior experience in long-term care settings.

• Prefer prior experience in AL or SNU.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily shift report and communicate urgent needs to the next shift.
• Assist with resident care including housekeeping, laundry, and meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition promptly to the DON/Charge Nurse/HWD.

Job Details

Job Location: Seward, NE 68434, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Certified Nursing Assistant Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for completing the daily shift report and communicating directly to the next shift any urgent needs.
• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors.
• Demonstrates ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Assists with resident care to include housekeeping, laundry, social needs, and demonstrates proper lifting techniques.
• Assists with serving meals and essential clean-up.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the DON/Charge Nurse/HWD as soon as practical.
• Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Will keep certification current and participate in continuing education to include staff meetings, in services and web-based training.
