Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Pooler, GA is seeking a Clinical Learning Lab Manager to coordinate and support clinical learning laboratories and ensure quality outcomes across programs. You will partner with faculty and campus leaders to align CSLOs with best practices.

The role involves supervising lab operations, assisting with equipment and lesson plans, and training staff under HSSOBP guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing; CHSE preferred when eligible.
• Minimum 3 years RN clinical experience; 2 years teaching in clinical lab or simulation preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the operation of the clinical learning laboratory.
• Assist faculty and students with lab equipment and lesson plans.
• Assist with lab preparation based on course requirements.
• May serve as faculty substitute in lab sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to train equipment and supplies.
