Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Clinical Learning Lab Technician to support and enhance the clinical learning lab experience across programs. You will work with program faculty to ensure quality and continuity in CSLO achievement.

You will prepare lab equipment, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist with case studies and materials distribution, playing a key role in hands-on nursing education and student success.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: Healthcare experience preferred.
• Special qualifications: Effective written and oral communication; ability to work with diverse groups; attention to detail.
• Physical/mental demands: Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the clinical learning laboratory equipment for classes and open labs.
• Ensure equipment is stored, cleaned, and in good working order.
• Notify the Clinical Learning Laboratory Coordinator if equipment needs repair or replacement.
• Inventory laboratory supplies and stock as needed.
• General copying and material distribution (case studies, forms, etc.).
