Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks a Clinical Learning Lab Manager to coordinate and support clinical learning labs across programs, ensuring CSLO achievement. You will partner with faculty and campus leaders to apply best-practice simulation standards and oversee CLL processes.

The role requires RN licensure, an MSN, and several years in clinical and lab teaching, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
• At least three years of RN clinical experience; two years teaching in a lab/simulation preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills; proficient in basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the clinical learning laboratory operations.
• Assist faculty and students with lab equipment and standardized lesson plans.
• Train and evaluate CLL faculty and technicians under campus leadership.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate on equipment maintenance and purchases.
• Attend course committee meetings and support policy implementation.
