Qualifications

• Five plus years of healthcare or long-term care experience in payroll/scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin, business, psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and budgets.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while tracking HPPD.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR results.
