• Experience managing labor spend and payroll processes in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to balance staffing needs with budget and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll per policies.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and budget.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize KPI results across clinical, financial and HR metrics.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
