Genesiscareers is seeking a skilled Payroll/Labor Manager for a nursing center in Kentucky. You will manage labor spend and process payroll in line with policies and procedures.

You will serve as the primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, balancing staffing needs with financial performance while using software to minimize overtime and agency costs. You will lead the Labor Management Team to improve KPIs and maintain staffing coverage at all times.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in healthcare or long-term care, with payroll or scheduling focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance nursing center staffing needs with employee preferences and financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining hours per patient day and salary expense within budget.
• Lead the Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR operating results.
• Maintain nursing center nursing staff coverage at all times.
