You will balance staffing with financial performance and use software to minimize overtime and agency use while maintaining appropriate budgeted hours and salary costs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare payroll/scheduling, with a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in healthcare or long-term care payroll/scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience managing payroll and labor costs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
