You will act as the main point of contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, balancing staffing needs with financial performance.

You will work to minimize overtime and agency spend while ensuring hours per patient day and salary expenses stay within budget, and lead the Labor Management Team to drive KPI

Qualifikationen

• Five plus years of experience in healthcare or long-term care with scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll duties.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll per policies.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with budget to optimize financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expense within budget.
• Lead the Labor Management Team to monitor KPIs and improve clinical, financial, and HR outcomes.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
