Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a payroll and labor management professional to oversee the nursing center's payroll, scheduling and labor spend in Lewiston, Maine. This role requires coordinating timekeeping, payroll processing, and staffing to meet budget targets and patient care needs.

With 5+ years in healthcare or long-term care, you will lead efforts to optimize staffing and costs while ensuring proper coverage and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in healthcare or long-term care.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll according to policies.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and budgets.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expense.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR operating results.
• Maintain continuous nursing staff coverage at all times.
