Advocate Health Care in Park Ridge seeks a Nursing Assistant to support nurses in delivering daily patient care, including bathing, feeding, mobility, and monitoring vital signs. You will document in the EMR and assist with routine care, admissions, transfers, and discharges under RN supervision.

You will perform rounding, communicate observations to the RN, and help maintain patient safety, while adhering to infection prevention policies and maintaining positive patient relations.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist RN with daily patient care tasks.
• Accurate documentation of patient data in EMR.
• Competence in infection prevention practices and patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist RN with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, ambulation and positioning.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes and room setup.
• Conduct purposeful rounding and communicate patient observations to RN.
