Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams. NAITs must be enrolled in an approved Minnesota MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at the time of hire.

Upon completion, the NAIT will take and pass the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams within 4 months of hire and then apply internally for the CNA position at the Monarch facility of their choosing.

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CNA duties as deemed competent after training.
• Participate in the Minnesota NATCEP program pathways and MN CNA exam readiness.
